At Creative, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all furniture and decor. If a piece doesn't fit your space or style, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Creative account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure it remains safe during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely tape it to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand the package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
